01. I've worked with marketing agencies before, burned thousands of dollars and got bad leads or no leads at all. How is this different?

Many of our clients came to us disappointed in other agencies, but got good results with us, see for example MPB Auto Repair’s case study for details and testimonial. Prospects who worked with other agencies revealed that the work was half-done or delayed, and as a result got no results in 3 or even 4 months. We don’t half-effort our work. We focus heavily on real results: qualified calls. Our clients start getting calls within the first 7-14 days from Google Ads, and top 3 ranking + calls from free traffic within 60-90 days. See case studies and testimonials for proof.

Besides case studies, video testimonials, and facebook testimonials – we are open to sharing the phone numbers of our clients with skeptical prospects, so you can call them and confirm directly with them the results they got.

You will receive detailed reports with the number of calls, traffic source, and transcripts of the calls where you can clearly see that the clients we send your way need a repair job now and want to book an appointment. We are able to do this because we only target high-intent searchers (real buyers) using proven strategies that are already driving qualified leads to our existing clients (see case studies on the website). In addition, our proprietary A.I. tool analyzes your calls and tells Google to send more buyers, and none of the DIY-ers or those shopping around.

Our price is usually compared to one of three options: 1) No marketing. 2) Competitor prices. 3) Other advertising channels.
This calls for 3 answers:
1) No marketing – of course paying nothing is cheaper, but it also doesn’t bring your growth. And growth requires investment.
2) Competitor prices – we know other agencies charge less, and we also know many of our clients worked with them and got 0 results. We’re not the cheapest there is, but we bring real results, and transparent reports to prove it.
3) Other advertising channels – Yes. Other advertising channels are cheaper, but less targeted. When you send emails or mail to people – most of them do not need your service. Google advertising is more expensive because it brings high-intent, HOT customers who need a repair job NOW. This gives you control over your shop so you can bring fewer or more repairs to have consistent work and revenue.

We’ve ranked shops in Los Angeles, Miami, Illinois (see case studies on the website), which are some of the most competitive markets in the country. If there is a search volume in your area, we can direct it to your shop.

01. I don't have time to manage another vendor.

Time is exactly why you need us. Our clients get 4+ hours of their time back every week because we handle the marketing for them. You’ll get weekly reports and a dedicated account manager, but the heavy lifting is on us.

You’ll start receiving calls from our advertising within 7 to 14 days. The number and quality of calls takes 1 month to stabilize due to Google’s learning algorithm. Top 3 ranking in search results for terms like “auto repair near me” takes 60 to 90 days. Calls from free traffic due to high ranking take 60 to 90 days as well, though we have seen some results in as little as 30 days, too.

No. You own your Google Ads account, Google Business Profile, website, and all data from day one. Should you decide to part ways, you retain full access to everything and can continue running campaigns yourself or with another agency. We never hold your assets hostage—clean exits are built into how we structure client relationships.

The number of qualified calls depends on the search volume in your area. Our clients receive anywhere from 100 to 600 qualified calls per month. 50% or more of those are looking to book an appointment. Convert them – and you’ll have 50 to 300 new repair jobs per month.

Our competitors have more clients, more revenue, and more brand recognition than us. They certainly have a lot of great results for themselves. But when it comes to results for auto repair shops – many of our clients worked with the competitors in the past, and were not satisfied. Whereas we have consistently brought those same clients 100 to 600 qualified calls per month. We focus less on ourselves, and more on using proven strategies to bring qualified calls to auto repair shops. Every call is tracked, analyzed, and documented. Every dollar is accounted for and put to its best use.

12 Mechanic Shop Organization Ideas Customers Notice

Mechanic shop organization ideas are usually framed as storage advice: buy cabinets, label bins, and put sockets in order. Those steps help, but they miss the larger system. A customer sees the parking lot, entrance, counter, waiting area, and visible bay before they understand the quality of the repair. A technician experiences the same system […]

Car Repair Shop Logo Ideas: An Approval Guide for Shop Owners

A car repair shop logo has a harder job than most owners expect. It must stay readable on a roadside sign, fit inside a Google Business Profile image, embroider cleanly on a uniform, and still look credible on an estimate or invoice. A concept that looks impressive on a designer’s screen can fail as soon […]

Brake Repair Shop Search Engine Optimization: Build the Page That Earns Calls

Brake repair shop search engine optimization is not about adding the phrase “brake repair” to a generic services page. A driver searching for brake repair is usually not browsing casually. They may hear squeaking, feel vibration, see a warning light, smell burning, or worry the car is unsafe. The search is local, urgent, and trust-heavy. […]

25 Negative Review Response Examples for Auto Shops

Negative review response examples are useful only if they sound calm, specific, and safe to post in public. For an auto repair shop, a bad review can mention price, timing, diagnosis, communication, parts delays, repeat repairs, insurance confusion, warranty expectations, or a claim that the shop damaged the vehicle. The wrong reply can make the […]

Marketing Automation for Auto Shops: Automate the Right 7 Moments

Marketing automation can help an auto repair shop respond faster, recover missed opportunities, and keep customers from slipping through the cracks. Sample Auto Repair Marketing Plan: 12-Month Budget, KPI, and Calendar
