What We Did

We started with branding, positioning T.N.T. as a diesel-focused repair shop for everyday drivers, not just commercial fleets. Our messaging emphasized expertise in diesel engines, transparency in pricing, and fast turnaround times — three things customers care most about when their vehicle is down.


We then built a high-performance website from scratch, using our internal WordPress plugin tailored for service businesses. The site was structured to convert: fast loading, mobile-optimized, and designed around customer actions like “Request a Quote” or “Book an Appointment.” Each page was SEO-optimized and targeted to specific services: diesel diagnostics, engine rebuilds, injector replacement, and more.


To drive traffic, we launched Google Ads campaigns focusing on search terms like “diesel mechanic near me” and “Cummins repair Chicago.” Campaigns were split between general diesel repairs and high-margin services like full engine rebuilds. All ads directed users to laser-focused landing pages with clear CTAs and trust-building elements.


We also integrated lead capture forms with backend automation: booking requests were instantly recorded into Google Sheets, with notifications sent to the shop. This eliminated delays and helped the team respond to inquiries in real time.

Results (First 90 Days)

  • Over 180 qualified leads from Google Ads alone
  • Conversion rate of over 18% on key service pages
